This resource outlines our framework for thinking about how to recruit new members to a nonprofit Board. You can create a copy of this document and work through it by yourself, or ask for our help to do this!

What do we expect an incoming Board member to do?
What sort of person do we want to join our board?
How will we approach finding and selecting someone to join our Board?
